I do not know how long this video will be there and I hope it is archived for later viewing, but CTV at the Vatican's website is offering the full Mass from earlier today. Tomorrow the Pope has another event and I'm not certain if that will be aired. If so, I will have to see if there is an archive of the Mass and update the link.
If you look at the bottom of the player where it says audio, you can set a language. It includes choices of several languages for coverage: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, and Italian. Obviously, this link is at the home page, so watch it while you can now. It will either be moved or removed later.

Full text of his last public Mass homily is not yet at the Vatican's website, but it can be found around the web. Here it is at the National Catholic Register. http://www.ncregister.com/blog/edward-pentin/pope-benedict-xvis-last-public-mass-full-text
Cardinal Tarciscio Bertone's statement at the end of Mass, thanking the Holy Father was very touching. You will see that in the video, as well. Rome Reports has the video isolated, and text below in the same link I'm not sure if that is full text yet or not. I thought it was longer.
If you missed it earlier, I put up full text of Pope Benedict's Address at the General Audience
Fr. Lombardi answered some questions today, like when the Conclave will likely begin. He says most likely between the 15th and the 19th. Read the rest for more on that.
And, the Holy Father's remaining schedule has been released. Not much. *sniff*
