H.E. Archbishop Malcolm Albert Ranjith, Secretary of the Congregation of Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, ordained 8 men of the Fraternity of St. Peter in Wigratzbad (Bavaria) to the Diaconate.
The vestment color was blue for the Marian feast day, BMV Reginae (based on the Extraordinary Form calendar), and there is an indult, or permission, to wear blue in Bavaria.
