Owensboro, Kentucky gets a bishop...

The Holy See continues to chip away at vacancies in the episcopacy with it's latest appointment.  Fr. William Francis Medley will be the fourth bishop of the Diocese of Owensboro

Fr. Medley was born in 1952 and was ordained in 1982 for the Archdiocese of Louisville.

The presser is set for Noon today local time and it may be watched streaming here.

Te Deum Laudamus! Home

The obedient are not held captive by Holy Mother Church; it is the disobedient who are held captive by the world!
